Gran Turismo 5: Gentleman's Engine Starting Delayed...Again

For those of you who actually thought Gran Turismo 5 was going to release on the already delayed November 2nd date and to those of you who pre-ordered the game I only have one thing to say, N00B! About the only exception to this is if you are completely new to the franchise and if that's the case let me know in the comments and I'll show you a liar.
Hit the break to find out when GT5 might never release.
You might be thinking I sound a little bitter about all this and well, you'd be right. Even though I saw this coming before Kazunori Yamauchi and Polyphony Digital announced the game back in 2006. As soon as I heard that they were getting rid of the legacy code and creating the game from scratch for the PS3 I made sure to take up several time consuming hobbies to keep my mind off of it.
The only reason offered as to the delay was that the developers are trying to create the "perfect racing experience." I only hope that vague statement doesn't mean they are actually trying to release a completed game. I'm sure the universe would rip apart if such an event were to occur. So when can we expect the sweet release only GT5 can give us after years of building anticipation? According to the PlayStation Blog, "We'll have more information for you in the near future." Perfect.
