Nintendo's Plans for 3DS Games of the Future

Ever since last week's Nintendo press conference at E3 2010, everyone has been talking about the new Nintendo 3DS. What everyone seems to have forgotten is that no real games were announced, other than Kid Icarus: Uprising.
Satoru Iwata had something to say about that in a Q&A:
In terms of our own internal software development, we will be devoting much of our resources to support Nintendo 3DS. From our historical perspective, since we thought it is obvious that first-party software lineup needs to support the new platform to expand its installed base, we did not emphasize that in our {E3} presentation. We will of course introduce quality first-party software.
That certainly eases some of our fears about where this handheld might go (TO SPACE!) now that we know there will be ports of Star Fox 64 and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time as well as new Mario Kart and PilotWings to entertain us in their 3D glory.
Iwata also said,
Our internal teams, which have created series titles supported by Nintendo fans, are now beginning their work on development, very excited about the various types of things that they’re going to be able to achieve.
The promise is to have our hands on the new device by March of 2011, so that should be plenty of time to knock out a few great 3D titles!
