Ghostbusters Dead?

Sigourney Weaver recently had an interview with BBC Channel 4 while on tour promoting the new Avatar film. During the interview, the interviewer, who sounded like he was reading stock quotes or the phonebook, asked about Ghostbusters 3. I assume in an attempt to prevent the general population from enduring the sound of his voice, Channel 4 transcribed the interview. Here is the important part:
I'm afraid to say it {Ghostbusters 3} is happening, I hope people are excited about that. I don't know if I'm going to be in it, I have had a couple of calls asking 'would you read the script'.
I know that my little son Oscar - who was kidnapped from me - I think he has grown up to be a Ghostbuster.
I might be in it; I see nothing wrong with being in it, although I don't think I will have a big part. I think Bill Murray has a little more to do with it - he's a ghost."
Obviously, with a quote like that, there are going to be a lot of excited rumor sites. The problem is, that was not the quote - at least not exactly. She did not say that Bill Murray is a ghost, she said he might be a ghost, and she said it with a smirk and A LOT of sarcasm.
I officially call Shenanigans on the BBC and their attempt to create rumors about non-facts.
If you have the patience, hit the break to watch the interview and make the call for yourself.
