Activision Promises to Not Work So Hard in 2010

The Guitar Hero CEO, Dan Rosenweig, said in an interview with MCV that they will not be releasing as many games in 2010. "We're working on our 2010 slate now. You will probably see fewer SKUs from us, but the focus on making the best-selling, most fun to play, best-reviewed games will continue. Those are the things that are constant."
I suppose this theory might be based on the sales numbers of their music titles this year. DJ Hero released to amazingly lackluster sales last month, selling only 123,300 units between all 4 consoles. An epic fail like that could really force a manufacturer to reconsider its release schedule to prevent losing their asses.
I have a conclusion based on an observation - I don't believe them. Activision has never been known for having self-control or sticking to their word. I would expect that they will release just as many titles in 2010 as in 2009, plus release new titles that are also rip-offs of other companies' music titles.
What do you guys think? Will Activision release less, better games, or will they keep milking the Hero name for as long as frat and sorority kids keep giving them their parents' money?
