We here at the show all know how amazing Google Chrome really is. Well, looks like someone else agrees...kind of. Since the middle of this year, Acer has been working on a netbook that runs on Chrome OS.
The company boasts being the first first-tier retailer to launch a Google Android-based netbook, although it was not as popular as anticipated. Acer justs loves coming in first. Chairman JT Wang implied his complete confidence in this netbook being the first Chrome-based netbook.
Acer is very excited to announce that it is expected to hit by the second half of 2010. Looks like Google Chrome is finally getting some recognition. We just worry about how well the OS is going to perform.
