Raf Los: Building Enterprise Resiliency - Threats to Security; Silos and Shadow IT

During the interview, Raf discusses major threats to security: Siloed information and Shadow IT - an indicator of customers moving elsewhere. Security thought processes often assume control that in fact does not exist. Building resiliency into the system overall - with security as a key component will enable IT to regain an element of control.
