MDLive is a system of doctors, nurses and other medical professionals that can make a virtual house call. These doctors have the ability to diagnose certain issues and can even prescribe certain medications.
Between video chatting, wearable technology and location-aware applications, a local doctor can be chosen to review vital information and help people through their issues. In addition to standard physicians, therapists can also be engaged through the system.
All information is recorded and encrypted to protect sensitive information. A virtual house call will set you back only $49.95, about the cost of a standard doctor's visit.
