Building a large-scale Wi-Fi network isn't the same as making sure your house has good coverage. By that I mean you can't just add repeaters throughout the building to ensure network coverage - you have to have a network capable of handling the capacity that the users will be drawing.
One of the best-known players in this market is Boingo. You will most likely recognize their name from airports and coffee shops, where they have set up lots of high profile networks. Their "SMART" network philosophy incorporates Secure, Multiple devices and models, Analytics, Responsiveness and Tiered services to accomplish this goal.
