Heart Math Inner Balance is a product designed to help keep your breathing and heart rate in sync. When we get stressed, our heart rate raises, and lowers when we are not stressed. Breathing can also be affected in very similar ways.
This device, when combined with the mobile app, allows a user to visualize their breathing and heart rate patterns. Through a colored graph, the user can also work to synchronize these processes to improve their stress levels. The sensor clip, plus the app, will both be available in February 2013.
