Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA)
Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) is a Japanese Animation (Anime) & Comics (Manga) convention held in the Atlanta, Georgia area. AWA was first organized in 1994, with the first convention held in 1995. Since then, AWA has been recongized as one of the most popular Japanese Animation conventions in the United States, and one of the top ten attended anime conventions in North America*. AWA has a variety of events, including video rooms, dealers room, costume contest, panels, workshops, artist alley, and a formal ball.
Consumer Electronics Show (CES)
The International CES is the industry's largest educational forum to help companies expand their businesses and understand new technology. Approximately 200 sessions and 500 expert speakers encompass International CES conference tracks and SuperSessions to discuss hot industry trends and topics. Keynote addresses feature executives from the world's largest and most successful companies and result in remarkable media coverage for the speakers. CEOs rank the CES as one of their top 10 most desired speaking opportunities, according to a Burson-Marsteller Most Valued Podium survey.
Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3)
E3 is the world's premier trade show for computer and video games and related products. The show is owned by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA), the U.S. association dedicated to serving the business and public affairs needs of the companies, publishing interactive games for video game consoles, handheld devices, personal computers, and the Internet.
FIRST Robotic Challenge Orlando Regional
The varsity Sport for the Mind, FRC combines the excitement of sport with the rigors of science and technology. Under strict rules, limited resources, and time limits, teams of 25 students or more are challenged to raise funds, design a team "brand," hone teamwork skills, and build and program robots to perform prescribed tasks against a field of competitors. It’s as close to "real-world engineering" as a student can get. Volunteer professional mentors lend their time and talents to guide each team.
Florida Animation SuperCon
Animation Supercon is a 3 day festival and convention meant to celebrate Animation, Cartoons, Anime, Comic Books, Video Games and Pop Culture. Our main events stage will showcase our celebrity guests, bands, costume / cosplay contests and screenings. Our exhibition floor will have hundreds of vendors, artists, fan groups, podcasters, filmmakers and writers. Our panels and autograph sessions give fans a chance to interact with their favorite creators and celebrities. Our professional and fan panels will be educational and fun, a place to learn about and discuss the industries we're celebrating. Our film festival will showcase independent animators from around the world. Our event rooms will have video games, roleplaying games, collectible card gaming, LAN gaming and game shows.
MegaCon, the largest comic book, anime, gaming and multi media event in the Southeast, is pleased to announce the addition of guests and events to its February 17th – 19th, 2012 show. MegaCon will take place at the Orange County Convention Center at 9800 International Drive in Orlando, FL.
METROCON started as a idea by the founders of AnimeMetro.com. AnimeMetro.com is an online anime community with over 5000 members. Over time, it seemed only natural for the members to want to meet each other in real life. People meet, form attachments and naturally want to meet each other. And what better place than at an anime convention? Since its inception, METROCON has continuously evolved, blazing the path for events like the Anime Human Chess Match, the Fantasy Masquerade, and more recently live fire shows and the METRO Star Party.

Gulf Coast MakerCon
Gulf Coast Makers offers a broad based creative community for Gulf Coast area entrepreneurial and creative DIYers. This is a place where everyone can join together to share resources, information, events and more! Gulf Coast Makers hosts an annual DIY Celebration of the Inventive Spirit each spring, to showcase Makers, Shakers and Innovators across Tampa Bay. Mizu Con is an annual convention based on Japanese Animation and the many sub-genres of Anime. Mizu Con will feature many of the festivities found at most Anime conventions. Events will include interesting and informative panels, Anime DVD screenings, live action movies, video gaming and even an Anime music video showcase! Mizu Con will also host an Artist Alley where local artists may showcase and sell their artwork and crafts. In addition there will be a cosplay contest, special guests, a dealer's room and much more! With over 30 years combined staffing and running Anime conventions, we hope to bring a quality show to the community annually and with community support we will be able to achieve our goal.
Roboticon Tampa Bay
FIRST students and guests enjoy a full scale competition event, a college and career fair, and more! Guests are able to tour Team Pits to see team members working on their robots and have a chance to talk to students, visit the Roboticon Exhibit Hall to enjoy STEM demos, vendors and organizations, and learn more about technical, math and science career and college opportunities.
Star Wars Celebration
The biggest party this side of the galaxy, Star Wars Celebration brings fans of all ages together, from all points of the globe, to celebrate the pop-culture phenomenon that is Star Wars. Whether it's young fans of Star Wars: The Clone Wars or die-hards fueled by the nostalgia for the original Star Wars trilogy; curious, casual followers; gamers, readers, costumers or collectors — there's something for everyone at Celebration. Both hardcore and casual fans will gather to have fun while celebrating their passion for all things Star Wars, discovering what's new, and being the first to see what's next. It's four fun-filled days of exhibits, a vibrant, interactive show floor, screenings, exclusive merchandise, celebrity guests, panels, autograph sessions, fan-inspired activities, and other surprises.
