Wine Tastes Better When Properly Chilled

Saturday Jan 10, 2015 (00:05:01)

Description

The Kelvin Duo, a wireless wine thermometer, might be a must have for serious wine drinkers. According to experts various wines are to be served at different temperatures for the best taste. But how does a conscientious host ensure she is serving tonight's selection at a perfect 53 degrees? The answer is the Kelvin Duo.

The Duo consists of a temperature sensing band that wraps around the bottle. A magnified Bluetooth enabled screen attaches to the outside of the fridge. Simply wrap the band around the bottle, select the type of wine and wait until the screen glows green indicating the wine is ready to serve.

The Kelvin Duo is available in the UK for 39.99 and is coming to the US soon in the $70-80 range.
